Whenever we talk about destination weddings everyone automatically thinks of a beach wedding. I, on the other hand, most often think of Ireland or England. Nothing can compete with the charm of a small Irish church and quant village. As with all destination weddings they can be extremely costly and need a great deal of planning. Start early, talk with a good travel agent, know what type of venue you are looking for and familiarize yourself with the marriage requirements. Whether your dream wedding takes you to Ireland or Grand Rapids, Michigan, always remember to include a tiny horseshoe charm in your bouquet or sewn into the hem of your gown for luck.
